Which option suits most homes?

Ajax. It gives reliable alarm protection, app control, and monitoring without the cost of a commercial camera build.

When does a home need Verkada?

Estates, multi-building properties, and neighbourhood-wide shared systems, where cloud management and access control across several sites matter.

Can I avoid a monthly fee entirely?

Yes, with the recorder-based 5MP/4K tier. You own the system outright, though you also give up cloud access and live monitoring.

Do you install Wi-Fi cameras?

No. Every camera we install is hard-wired so it can't drop off the network at the moment it matters.

Case study

The neighbourhood program

Instead of every household buying a separate system, a street shares one. We install a single partitioned system so each home controls its own devices and privacy, while entrances and shared roads are covered for everyone. Guard patrol hours are shared the same way, which brings a marked vehicle through the neighbourhood on a schedule at a fraction of the individual cost.
